The new sophisticated Care & Independence website aspires to become a favoured destination for healthcare professionals seeking sling and bathing equipment.

She further explained how the new website has been developed with the needs of the site visitor firmly in mind.  “We understand healthcare professionals are often time-poor so our new website incorporates many time-saving features ensuring that what’s needed can be found fast and easily, with content provided in a clear and comprehensive manner. Our redeveloped site is not only highly functional but we believe, provides additional value for visitors too improving their web experience.”
 

User-friendly navigation (including multiple interactive search features), means visitors can quickly locate specific products or any of the 200+ supporting resources now available online.  The introduction of a ‘Compare the Product’ feature allows up to three products to be referenced side by side helping with the product selection process.  Another useful new aspect is the introduction of interactive 360^o product imagery providing visitors with the opportunity to view the products from all angles and zoom in on details.  Introductory and Fitting videos are also conveniently associated with each product page. 
 

As part of the Care & Independence service provision, free CPD training is offered for healthcare professionals so this too was given attention with a dedicated page.  From here, visitors can quickly book onto pre-determined courses or submit requests for bespoke sessions.  Requests for the free assessment service can equally be submitted from the Assessment page. The Contact Us page features a ‘Rep Finder’ whereby visitors simply type in the postcode of where they or their patient are based and the relevant local Product Specialist contact details will be displayed, helping speed up the enquiry process.
