Sales Administrator

Bicester

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm

Location:  Bicester

Job Purpose:

To support new and existing customers with all aspects of their orders, enquires and complaints, received through email and telephone.

Key Tasks:

• Supporting customers with orders, enquiries and complaints received via email and telephone.
• Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately using our internal systems.
• Preparing sales quotes.
• Invoicing completed orders.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are sent out correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of our products.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Any other reasonable tasks as defined by the company.

• Customer service skills
• Excellent client interpersonal skills via telephone and email.
• Administrative experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent numeracy.
• IT Literate
• Understanding of a Sales ordering platform
